Order Cancellation Fee Policy
Effective March 14, 2025, a 3% fee will apply to all order cancellations to cover non-refundable credit card processing costs. This fee is not retained by us—it is charged by our payment processor and cannot be recovered, so we are simply passing on the cost.
What Qualifies as an Order Cancellation?
An order cancellation occurs when a customer places an order and then requests a refund before the order is shipped or picked up.
When Does This Fee Not Apply?
- If you receive your order and need to return it due to sizing, dissatisfaction, or any other reason, the standard return policy applies—the 3% fee will not be charged.
- This fee only applies to cancellations made before fulfillment (before shipping or pickup).
