Returns / Refunds

Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days from the original ship date. The product can then be replaced or the customer issued an in store credit or refund. **The returned product must be inspected by our staff to determine/confirm the product was indeed, defective. If the product is determined to not be defective, it is up Flagman of America's discretion on what is refunded.**

Incorrect or Unhappy with the Product: If a customer ordered the wrong item or is immediately unhappy with a product, it may be returned with 30 days from the original ship date. The product cannot be used, broken or devalued by the customer. The customer is also responsible for the freight to return product to Flagman of America. The product will then be inspected and the customer notified of the return/product results. The original freight will not be refunded.

Include in the package your order #, contact info and a note on if you are exchanging or returning the item for a refund.  

Custom Products: Custom products cannot be returned. Whether it was a stock flag modified to meet a customers needs, or any product made specifically for the customer.

200 Denier Nylon Material sold per yard is cut to order, due to this process orders are non refundable / returnable.

Flagman of America is NOT responsible for missed delivery dates. Delivery dates are always an estimated day. Refunds will not be made for missed estimated delivery dates.

Refunds are sent back to the initial form of payment. Do NOT discard loadable gift cards of any sort. Other forms of refunds will not be made because the card that the refund was initiated to is gone.  

Paypal orders cannot be refunded after 180 days (their policy). Orders older than 180 days that paid through Paypal will be "Sent" the money back through paypal but not issued a technical "refund".
