Policies, Terms & Shipping Information
Shipping charges for all products will be FOB, Avon Connecticut.
We make every effort to insure that freight rates listed on the web site are accurate, but we reserve the right to adjust them at the time of shipment in order to reflect actual shipping charges, fuel surcharges and special delivery charges to certain zip codes.
We calculate the shipping costs based on number of packages, and final weight of your order. Flagman of America reserves the right to increase or decrease the actual shipping charges depending on carrier changes, order weight, destination, tax changes, or carrier rate increases or surcharges.
Shipping costs are assessed at the time of order, and are based on the shipping method you select. All orders placed will be confirmed at the point of sale.
Over 95% of our orders are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST are processed the next business day unless our Customer Service department is contacted directly at 1 800-835-2462 with a rush order request.
Standard Shipping: UPS Ground service is the preferred method of delivery for the most reliable and economical shipping to commercial & residential addresses.
UPS Ground shipping will usually deliver in 2-4 days for most destinations in the lower 48 states. The vast majority of our products items are most economically shipped by UPS. Orders over 200 lbs. or larger sized items like commercial flagpoles are generally shipped via motor freight.
Our Customer service is second to none. We will notify you by phone or email if we expect a shipment delay.
Flagman of America will not be liable for delays in delivery or unsuccessful deliveries due to matters beyond our control.
We will send an email shipping notification to you at the time of shipment to the email address you provide.
Email order confirmations will be sent to you, immediately upon order placement.
Terms of Sale:
Most online orders require prepayment. We accept all the major credit cards.
We accept purchase orders from Corporations, State Federal and local Governments, Towns, Schools etc. Any organization wishing to establish an account with Flagman of America should contact our Customer Service Department on Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST for assistance.

New customers may be asked to complete a Credit application form and supply a credit card number for our files to use in the event payment is not made within 30 days of the invoice date.

COD/Freight Collect:
We DO NOT ship orders C.O.D or freight collect. Orders shipped via UPS CAN NOT be delivered to a Post Office box address.
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO Addresses:
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska will be shipped by UPS Ground delivery. All APO addresses will ship by Priority Mail. An additional charge may apply and will be assessed at the time of our receipt of your order(s).
International Orders:
Shipping rates for International orders are calculated FOB Avon, CT or the point of order.
Flagman of America reserves the right to increase or decrease the final shipping charges depending on, order weight, destination, taxes or duty levies, or carrier rate changes.
If the actual shipping cost is more than 20% higher than the cost shown on your order, we will contact you by email prior to shipping. You may also be responsible for paying import duties and taxes; this depends where you live and is subject to local laws and restrictions.

We collect and maintain customer information solely for the purpose of order execution and customer communication & notification.
